Absolutely HORRIBLE apartment and management. Being charged over 600 dollars in unjust charges such as things that were not in the apartment when i moved in, they are unwilling to negotiate. Not only am i being charged after moveout but living there was hell. Drunk neighbors knocking on my door at 4 AM screaming racist comments, neighbors yelling all night long and waking up my 3 year old son. The item i'm being charged for is a screen in the window of my sons bedroom, we were located on the first floor and never complained because the window was never opened due to our feeling unsafe with people outside offering us to buy drugs from them in the parking lot. Children running everywhere unattended, kicking other tenants in the private areas. Not to mention the ceiling that leaked for weeks, they ignored my calls and told me they knew nothing whenever i would call them the many many times i did.
